We're a digital piano specialist and as such, we always have a diverse range of models in-store to try so you can hear and feel the differences in person!
Digital pianos have a few key advantages over their acoustic counterparts: First, they're always in tune so you won't need to go through the costly process of getting them tuned twice a year (saving you about £130!), you also get features that aren't possible on an acoustic piano such as the ability to change the sound so you could have an organ or a harpsichord for example or even record your performance! They weigh substantially less so if you ever need to move them (such as moving house for example), it's much less stressful!
Sound-wise today's digital pianos are a million miles away from the naff sounding, spongily playing relics of yesteryear and sound quality and playability are practically indistinguishable from an acoustic!
